The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of A Passenger Elevator. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz Together With Annexes No. 1 And 2 To The Contract. If The Subject Of The Order Includes Or May Include An Ict Product, An Ict Service Or An Ict Process, The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer Only Such Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Which, On The Date Of Submission Of Offers: 1) Are Not Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; 2) Do Not Include An Ict Product Whose Type Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Service Or Ict Process Specified In This Decision.
