1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Called Reconstruction Of The Sanitary Sewage System In Cergowa, Including The Construction Of Lighting And Reconstruction Of The Asphalt Overlay.2.The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of A Section Of The Sanitary Sewage Network In The Town Of Cergowa Along With The Construction Of The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure And The Restoration Of The Road Surface After The Works Performed.3.The Scope Of Work Includes, In Particular, Laying A Sanitary Sewage Channel Made Of Pvc Pipes With An External Diameter Of 200 Mm Over A Length Of Approximately 202 M, Construction Of 10 System Sewage Wells With A Diameter Of 315-425 Mm, Along With Repairing The Road And Replacing The Asphalt Overlay In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities. During The Implementation Of The Works, The Need To Ensure Continuity Of Sewage Discharge And The Impossibility Of Temporarily Decommissioning The Existing Sanitary Sewage System To Which The Residents Are Connected Should Be Taken Into Account.4.The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Construction Of Electricity And Lighting Infrastructure. It Is Planned To Construct 4 Lighting Poles And 4 Fixtures Constituting Street Lighting For The Road In Question.5.The Works Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of People Staying In The Work Area, Maintaining Continuity And Proper Traffic Organization, And Taking Into Account The Need To Secure The Existing Technical Infrastructure. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Properly Secure The Construction Site, Excavations And Existing Utilities.6.After Completing The Works, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Required Tests, Examinations And Measurements, Tidy Up The Area And Prepare As-Built And Surveying Documentation7.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) - Annex No. 1 To The Swz B) Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz
