1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Conducting Conservation Research, Conservation And Restoration Work On The Oldest Monument In Poland In Honor Of Prince Józef Poniatowski. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Comprehensive Restoration Of The Oldest Monument In Poland Dedicated To Józef Poniatowski Will Be Carried Out, Together With The Arrangement Of Small Architecture, Surroundings, Lighting And Monitoring, Located In The City Park In Krośniewice, At Ul. Toruńska 11. The Scope Of Works To Be Carried Out Includes, Among Others: 1) As Part Of Conservation Works: A) Performing An In-Depth Analysis Of The State Of Preservation Of The Monument And Detailed Photographic Documentation With A Measurement Inventory, B) Cleaning All Stone Elements From Secondary Layers Of The Monument, C) Removing All Secondary Mortars Filling Holes And Joints And Re-Filling Them Using The Injection Method Using Appropriate Mortars. Any Secondary Cracks Should Also Be Filled. D) Perform A Thorough Disinfection Of The Entire Object With A Preparation That Is Effective Against Bacteria, Algae And Lichens, E) During The Work, The Possible Need To Desalinate The Object Should Be Taken Into Account, Depending On The Choice Of Cleaning Method, F) Perform Local Procedures To Strengthen The Structural Strength Of The Stone In Weakened Parts, G) If Corroding Metal Elements Are Found During The Disassembly Of Individual Parts, They Should Be Removed And New Ones Made Of Similar Materials Should Be Made To Resemble Them, H) Perform Retouching Painting In Case Of Differences In The Supplemented Batches Of Materials And Protection Of The Entire Surface Of The Obelisk, I) Providing Biocidal Protection Of The Entire Monument, J) Making A Finial In The Form Of An Eagle Based On Archival Materials And The Model Proposed As Part Of The Work In 2002, K) Masonry Elements With The Plinth Should Also Be Cleaned Of Secondary Repainting, Selection Of Original And Secondary Substances, Dismantling Cracked And Secondary Plasters. Disinfect Everything, L) Perform Masonry, Plastering/Stucco Works, Taking Into Account The Possible Replacement Of Bricks With A Significant Degree Of Damage, M) Provide Water Protection, Taking Into Account Capillary Rise, N) Remove The Secondary Surface Made Of Concrete, Create A Strip And Develop The Top Layer Around The Monument. 2) As Part Of The Arrangement Of The Surroundings: A) Provide External Lighting For The Obelisk - Two Park Lighting Poles, B) Implement Necessary Power Supply Infrastructure From The Existing Electrical Switchboard Located On The Premises Of The Former Water Treatment Station To The Monument, C) Construction Of A Monitoring Installation - 2 Cameras That Will Be Mounted On Lighting Poles, D) Construction Of The Necessary Monitoring Infrastructure Next To The Designed Power Cable - Optical Fiber, Recorder, E) Construction Of A Surge Protection Installation, F) Construction Of An Interactive Board, Audio Guide With The Discover The History
