Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of The Fire Alarm System in Poland

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Fire Alarm System (Ssp), Including Partial Replacement And Expansion Of The Existing System, Consisting In The Delivery And Installation Of New System Elements And The Disassembly And Disposal Of Existing System Elements, Which Will Be Performed In The Building Of The Regional Center For Forensic Psychiatry At Ul. Skarszewska 7, On All 4 Floors (Basement, Ground Floor, 1St And 2Nd Floor). The Detailed Scope Of Work To Be Performed Includes The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz. The Fire Alarm System Includes The Delivery And Installation Of The Following New Elements: - Ssp Control Panel And Appropriate Modules Needed To Implement The Design Assumptions, - Addressable Optical-Thermal Detectors, - Addressable Detectors Thermal, Addressable Manual Fire Call Points, Addressable Optical-Acoustic Signaling Devices Installed Inside The Building, Activation Indicators. Partial Use Of The Cables Of The Existing Fire Alarm System Is Planned. As Part Of The System Modernization, The Current Polon-Alfa Telsap 2100 Control Panel Will Be Replaced With A New Polon 6000 Control Panel, And The Sensors Currently Installed In The Facility Will Be Replaced With Multi-Sensor Smoke And Heat Sensors Or With Heat Sensors In Specific Rooms. Manual Fire Alarms And Activation Indicators Will Also Be Replaced. In Places Where Short-Circuit Isolators Are Currently Installed, Fire Protection Installation Boxes (Pip) Will Be Installed To Maintain The Continuity Of The Installation. Rooms Currently Not Covered By Fire Protection Will Be Equipped With It. Addressable Acoustic Sirens Will Be Installed. The Current Fire Alarm System Cooperates With The Smoke Exhaust System, Which Includes 3 Smoke Vents And Smoke Exhaust Buttons Located In Individual Staircases. This Interoperability Of The Systems Will Be Maintained Also After Replacing The Ssp.2 Control Panel.The Disposal Of All Dismantled Elements Of The Existing Ssp Is The Responsibility And Expense Of The Contractor (At Least 49 Isotope Detectors Are Subject To Disposal). The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Documents Regarding The Disposal Of Fissile Materials.
