4.1.The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Carried Out In The Design And Build System Related To The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Logistics Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies Specified In Polioc - Construction Of A Warehouse Hall. Stage I. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development - Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Provided By The Ordering Party - Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Project, Along With Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions, Opinions And Permits Enabling The Implementation Of Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, 2) Execution Of Construction And Installation Works Based On The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Developed For The Project In The Scope Of Stage I, Completed With Preparation As-Built Documentation.4.2.As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Based On The Documentation Prepared For The Entire Scope Of The Project, Stage I Of Construction Works Should Be Performed. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Preparation Of Documents Enabling The Notification Of Appropriate Authorities And Units About The Commencement Of Works, 2) Performance Of Preparatory Works, 3) Provision Of Surveying Services, 4) Performance Of Earthworks, 5) Construction Of Foundations, 6) Delivery And Installation Of A Steel Structure, 7) Construction Of Wall And Roof Covering, 8) Installation Of Windows, Doors And Gates; 4.3.Specific Requirements And Guidelines For The Contractor Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Submit To The Ordering Party, Within 7 Days From Signing The Contract, An Offer Cost Estimate Constituting The Basis For Preparing The Offer According To Scope Specified In The Fup, 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop The First Schedule Of Material And Financial Works Based On The Principles Set Out In The Swz And The Relevant Provisions Of The Contract And Submit It To The Ordering Party Within 7 Days From Signing The Contract. All Construction Works Will Be Carried Out According To The Work Schedule. The Work Schedule Is Subject To Approval By The Ordering Party. Any Update Of The Work Schedule Will Also Require Approval From The Employer, 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Properly Protect All Elements Located In The Vicinity Of The Facility Under Construction, Which Are Not The Subject Of Construction Works, Against Destruction Or Damage, B) Secure The Surroundings Of The Facility Under Construction In A Way That Will Significantly Reduce Possible Inconveniences (Transport, Dust) Related To The Implementation Of Construction Works For Neighboring Developed Properties, C) Protect The Construction Site/Facility Against Unfavorable Conditions Weather Conditions, And In The Event Of Damage And The Facility Was Not Properly Secured, Repairs Must Be Made Immediately;4) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Comply With And Fulfill The Obligations Imposed On The Orderi
