1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of District Road No. 1570 D. Road Class - Collective, Traffic Category Kr-3. The Investment Is Carried Out Under The European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Program, Priority 13. European Funds For The Reconstruction And Resilience Of Lower Silesia, Measure 13.01 Reconstruction After The Flood, Recruitment No. Feds.13.01-Iz.00-465/26 In The Event Of Not Receiving Funding For The Implementation Of This Task, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Cancel The Procedure. The Project Includes The Renovation Of District Road No. 1570 D On The Section From Km 10+530 To Km 11+235 And From Km 11+435 To Km 11+580 With A Total Length Of 0.85 Km, Which Was Damaged As A Result Of Flooding In September 2024. The Main Objective Of The Project Is To Restore Full Technical Functionality, Safety And Resistance To The Effects Of Future Extreme Events Of District Road No. 1570 D By Removing Flood Damage Resulting From The 2024 Flood, Rebuilding Damaged Road Infrastructure And Ensuring The Continuity And Availability Of Communication Connections For Residents And Road Users. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Laying A New Surface, 2) Construction Of A Hard Shoulder, 3) Laying Concrete And Stone Curbs, 4) Repair Of Bridge Caps And Railings.
