The Order Mainly Includes: - Partial Renovation Of The Surface Made Of Irregular Stones; - Renovation Of A Wooden Fence; - Renovation Of A Wooden Shelter Roof; - Renovation Of A Dry Toilet; - Renovation Of A Garbage Can Cover; - Installation Of External Lighting And Video Monitoring; - Construction Of Two Information Boards, Information Boards Should Be Made Of Durable Material. Composite, E.G. Aluminum Composite Panels With Filling. The Content On The Boards Must Be Permanently Protected Against Weather Conditions. The Content, I.E. Text And Photos In Digital Form, Will Be Made Available By The Ordering Party During The Execution Of The Order. Based On These Materials, The Contractor Will Prepare A Graphic Design And Obtain The Approval Of The Ordering Party. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Submit To The Ordering Party An Offer Cost Estimate Indicating The Method Of Calculating The Offer Price, Broken Down Into Industries And The Material Scope Of The Order, A Table Of Integrated Elements, A List Of Materials, Labor And Equipment, (R-G Rate In Pln; Kp - Indirect Costs In % Of R And S; Kz - Purchase Costs In % Of M; Z - Profit In % Of R, S, Kp). On Its Basis, Annex No. 1 To The Contract Will Be Supplemented - The Material And Financial Schedule. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare An As-Built Cost Estimate. The Implementation Of The Operation Is Covered By Co-Financing Under The Strategic Plan For The Common Agricultural Policy For 2023-2027. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. A Contractor Who Intends To Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Before Commencing The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, If Known, The Names And Representatives Of Subcontractors Involved In Such Construction Works. The Contractor Notifies The Ordering Party About Any Changes To The Above Data During The Execution Of The Order, And Also Provides The Required Information About New Subcontractors To Whom It Later Intends To Entrust The Implementation Of Construction Works.
