The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Chimney Ducts: Ventilation, Smoke And Exhaust Gases In Multi-Family Residential Buildings Constituting The Municipal Resource Of The Commune, Managed And Administered By Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego W Częstochowie Spółka Z O. O.. Works On Renovation Of Chimney Flues: Ventilation, Smoke And Exhaust Gases Will Be Performed By The Contractor On The Basis Of An Agreement Concluded With Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej Tbs Sp. Z O. O. In Częstochowa, Based On Orders Issued By The Operations Branches, Containing The Exact Address Of The Premises And Building Along With Specifying The Scope Of Works Necessary To Be Performed.2.The Scope Of Implementation Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 8 To The Swz And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. In The Offer Price, The Contractor Must Include All Costs Necessary To Complete The Order, Resulting Directly From The Swz, As Well As Those Not Included In It, And Without Which The Order Cannot Be Performed. 3. If The Employment Relationship Is Terminated Before The End Of This Period, The Employee Undertakes To Immediately Employ Another Person In His Place.
