1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Creation Of The Active Seniors Day Home.2. The Subject Of This Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Adaptation Of A Former Primary School Building Located In Sadkowice 57, 27-320 Solec Nad Wisłą, On Plot No. 580. The Construction Works Will Cover The Ground Floor Of The Building With A Boiler Room And The Adaptation Of Sanitary Facilities And The Buildings Entrance For Disabled People. The Works Will Include The Adaptation Of Existing Rooms For: Vestibule, Reception, Computer Room, Exercise Room, Mini Gym, Kitchenette, Tv Room, Massage Room, Conference Room, Toilets, Locker Rooms, Technical Rooms. The Scope Will Also Include The Renovation Of The Corridor, Stairs, The Boiler Room Along With The Replacement Of The Heat Source And The Construction Of A Ramp For Disabled People. The Works Will Include In Particular: Demolition And Dismantling Works, Replacement Of The Electrical Installation, Construction Of Floors And Floors, Replenishment And Painting Of Plasters, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Renovation Of Sanitary Facilities With Adaptation For Disabled People, Renovation Of The Driveway To The Building, Renovation Of The Central Heating Installation And Replacement Of The Heat Source.
