4.3.The Order Includes: A) Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation, B) Replacement Of External Windows, C) Replacement Of External Doors, D) Insulation Of The Flat Roof, Ceiling, E) Replacement Of Lighting, F) Modernization Of The Hot Water Preparation System, G) Modernization Of The Heating System. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 9.1 - 9.21 To Swz. Development Of The Necessary As-Built Documentation, A Set Of Measurements Required By Law, Together With Reporting The Completed Photovoltaic Installation To Tauron Dystrybucja Sa. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Attached Bills Of Quantities Are For Illustrative And Informative Purposes Only And Should Be Treated As Auxiliary To The Design Documentation And Stwior, When Determining The Actual Scope Of Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Art Of Construction, In Compliance With Polish Standards, Technical Conditions - In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1225, As Amended), All Applicable Legal Provisions And The Attached Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction And Installation Works.4.4.Moreover, As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Work Necessary For The Execution Of The Order, Including: A) Arrange Work Facilities, B) Secure The Works In Terms Of Occupational Health And Safety - This Also Applies To Ensuring The Safety Conditions Of All Persons Authorized To Be On The Construction Site, C) Organize And Carry Out The Necessary Tests, Examinations And Acceptances For The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, D) Cover Any Damage Incurred During The Execution Of The Order (Including: To Third Parties), E) Restore The Areas Occupied For The Execution Of The Order To Their Original Condition, Including The Dismantling Of All Auxiliary Devices.
