The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Construction Of An Emergency Groundwater Intake - Hydrogeological Borehole No. 2 With A Designed Depth Of 112 M Above Ground Level, Together With Preparatory Works, Documentation, Pumping, Tests And Equipment, Including A Lange Type Well Casing Or Equivalent And A Submersible Pump With Piping, Intended For The Intake Of Groundwater From The Neogene - Miocene Aquifer In The Area Municipal Groundwater Intake In The Town Of Bolechowo-Osiedle, Czerwonak Commune. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Documentation Constituting Annexes To The Procedure, The Required Decisions And Approvals Of The Competent Authorities, Applicable Laws, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Drilling Practices And The Requirements Of This Opz. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Felling Of Trees Within The Construction Site, I.E. Plots 17/11 And 17/7 Of The Rev. Bolechowo-Osiedle, All Works, Supplies, Materials, Tests, Measurements, Security, Temporary Devices And Documentation Necessary To Drill A Complete Deep Well And Hand It Over To The Ordering Party For Further Development And Operation In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose. 2. The Warranty And Warranty Period Is 60 Months.3. Information About The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Annexes.
