Renovation Of Sanitaria In The Building Of The Cultural Center In Kosin.1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Renovation And Modernization Of Sanitary Rooms, Including In Particular Demolition And Preparatory Works, General Construction And Finishing Works, Construction And Modernization Of The Necessary Water, Sewage, Electrical And Ventilation Installations, As Well As The Delivery And Installation Of Sanitary Equipment And Other Elements Of Room Equipment.2. Scope Of Works: 1) Disassembly Of Existing Equipment, Sanitary Equipment, Cladding And Elements Intended For Replacement; 2) Preparation And Renovation Of Wall And Floor Surfaces, Including Necessary Bricklaying, Plastering And Insulation Works; 3) Construction Of New Wall And Floor Cladding; 4) Construction Or Modernization Of Water Supply, Sewage, Electrical And Ventilation Installations To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Rooms; 5) Delivery And Installation Of Sanitary Equipment, Including Bowls Toilets, Urinals, Washbasins, Faucets, Radiators And Necessary Equipment;6) Renovation Of Existing Toilet Cabins And Sanitary Partitions, Along With Necessary Repair And Finishing Works;7) Delivery And Installation Of Doors With Door Frames, Fittings And Necessary Equipment;8) Performance Of Complete Finishing Works And Delivery And Installation Of Other Equipment Elements In Accordance With The Adopted Arrangement;9) Performance Of Tests, Inspections And Commissioning Of The Completed Installation; 10) Disposal And Management Of Waste And Tidying Up The Premises After Completion Of The Works; 11) Performance Of All Other Works, Supplies And Activities Necessary For The Complete Execution Of The Subject Of The Order And Handing Over The Premises To The Ordering Party In A Ready-To-Use Condition. All Designed And Implemented Solutions Should Be Implemented In Accordance With The Attached Floor Plan, Visualizations And Description Of The Requirements For Sanitary Equipment, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
