1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces Of Municipal Roads In The Łask Commune In 2026.2) The Following Works/Activities Are Expected To Be Performed As Part Of The Subject Of The Order: A) Renovation Of The Bituminous Road Surface On An Area Of - 4,617 M2; B) Vertical Adjustment Of Manholes 1 Pc.; C) Adjustment Of Water Supply Gate Valve 4 Pcs. D) Construction Of A Roadside With Crushed Stone On An Area Of 1,436.40 M2 (Height After Compaction 10 Cm).3) Renovation Of Municipal Roads With Bituminous Surface Is Planned To Be Carried Out On The Following Municipal Roads:A) Renovation - Municipal Road - 103211E Teodory, Plot No. 142B) Renovation - Municipal Road - 103206E Gorczyn, Plot No. 13/14) General Requirements For Execution Of The Works: A) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Works And For Compliance With Stwiorb (Annex No. 7 To The Swz) And The Ordering Partys Instructions, B) The Detailed Location Of The Renovation Works Performed And Their Scope Will Be Determined Each Time By The Ordering Party, 5) The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For Conducting, Organizing And Marking The Works. 6) The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works In Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations And Principles And In A Way That Does Not Pose A Threat To Road Traffic. 7) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform, On Their Own And At Their Own Expense, Markings For The Works Being Carried Out, Agreed With The Road Manager And The Relevant Police Commander And Approved By The Traffic Management Authority. 8) The Contractor Is Obliged To Know And Apply All Regulations Regarding Environmental Protection, Fire Protection And Road Traffic While Carrying Out The Works. 9) It Is Possible To Award Contracts Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law In The Scope Not Exceeding 100% Of The Basic Order, Using The Unit Price Determined For The Basic Order (So-Called Option Right). The Ordering Party May Use The Option Multiple Times Until The Above-Mentioned Options Are Exhausted. Limit. The Value Of The Works Ordered By The Ordering Party Under The Option Right Will Be Consistent With The Unit Prices Proposed By The Contractor In The Offer Form And Will Not Be Taken Into Account When Evaluating Offers Based On The Established Criterion (Price 100%). The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor In Writing About Its Intention To Exercise The Option Right. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise The Option Right. The Execution Of The Order Covered By The Option Is The Sole Right Of The Ordering Party. Works Under The Option Right Will Be Carried Out On The Terms Specified For The Basic Order. The Option Right Will Apply To Locations For The Execution Of Construction Works Other Than Those Indicated In Section 1 Point 3) Of This Chapter.10) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included
