The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Building Of Primary School No. 2 In Przasnysz As Part Of The Task Improving The Conditions Of School Education Through The Modernization Of Primary School No. 2 In Przasnysz.2.The Order Includes, Among Others: – Preparation Of Documentation For Reporting Construction Works To The Architectural And Construction Authority In The Scope Of Renovation Of The Roof Covering, After Obtaining The Opinion Of The Competent Conservator Of Monuments. – Renovation Of The Roof Covering – Renovation Of The Kitchen (Including The Preparation Of The Detailed Design Of The Works And The Design Of The Kitchen Technology, Taking Into Account The Transfer Of Existing Devices, I.E. The Hood, Kitchen), – Renovation Of Communication Routes, – Renovation Of Staircases, – Renovation Of The School Canteen, – Replacement Of The Elevator Freight, – Renovation Of The Main Cloakroom. 3. The Order Was Described In Detail In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Details To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Communication Routes (Description And Visualizations) - Annex 5.1., Details To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Communication Routes (List Of Equipment) - Annex 5.2., Details To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Kitchen - Annex 5.3. And Ch. Vii – Design Documentation (Cross-Sections, Projections). The Ordering Party Includes Cross-Sections And Projections Of All Floors Of The Building In Order To Make A Correct Valuation Of The Subject Of The Order. Note 1: The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Carry Out An On-Site Visit. Details Regarding The Site Visit Are Described In Point 3.6 Of This Idw-Swz. Note 2: Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In A Functioning School And Should Be Carried Out In Such A Way As To Ensure The Absolute Safety Of Students And Staff. All Playgrounds Will Be Planned And Agreed With The Ordering Party And The School Principal. Detailed Safety Requirements Are Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In Annex No. 4 - Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. Attention 3! The Ordering Party Requires That The Finishing Materials (Carpets, Paints, Suspended Ceilings, Doors) Have Valid Pzh Hygiene Certificates Allowing Their Use In Public Buildings Such As Schools, Fire Resistance Certificates And Anti-Slip Certificates. Note 4! Colors Of Walls And Cladding, Lockers, Lighting, Room Markings To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party
