The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of A Task Called: Modernization Of Aeration Systems At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Klwatka Królewska, Gózd Commune. The Facility Is Located On A Plot With Registration Number 481/6 In The Town Of Klwatka Królewska, Geodetic District 0012 Klwatka.1.The Subject Of This Order Are Construction Works Involving The Replacement Of The Aeration System In The Nitrification And Denitrification Chamber Along With The Cleaning Of The Defost Chamber In The Reactor Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Klwatka Królewska. The Replacement Of The Aeration System In The Treatment Plant Is Aimed At Improving The Quality Of The Natural Environment And Adapting The Parameters Of Treated Sewage To Those Required In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Scope Of Work Includes: Emptying And Cleaning Two Nitrification And Denitrification Chambers, Replacement Of The Existing Aeration System (Membrane Disks) With Elastomeric Panel Diffusers, Replacement Of Pipes Leading Compressed Air In The Nitrification And Denitrification Chamber To The Technical Room And Connection To The Existing Blowers, Installation Of Two Oxygen Meters, Emptying And Cleaning Of The Defrosting Chamber, Replacement Of The Inlet Pipe In Which Raw Sewage Is Mixed With Sludge Recirculated From The Secondary Settling Tank, Pumping Out And Managing Liquid Sludge At The Treatment Plant Site, Pumping Out, Removal And Disposal Of Sludge And Waste From Cleaning The Chambers. The Renovation Will Be Carried Out In During The Operation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant, In Such A Way As To Minimize Any Possible Temporary Deterioration Of The Effects Of The Treatment Process. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities Of The Offer Cost Estimate And The Technical Documentation Constituting Annexes No. 11 And 12 To The Swz, Respectively. The Basis For Preparing The Offer Is The Design Documentation And Answers To Inquiries During The Public Procurement Procedure. If The Names Of Manufacturers And Types Of Devices Or Other Proper Names Are Used In The Documentation Referred To Above, It Should Be Assumed That They Serve Only To Clarify The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And The Order Must Be Made Of Materials Indicated In The Documentation Or Equivalent. Equivalent Solutions Should Be Understood As Solutions With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required And Included In The Documentation. The Materials And Devices Used Should Be Of The First Quality And Dimensions, Have Appropriate Certificates And Material Approvals For Use In Construction, And Ensure Operational Efficiency. If The Design Documentation Or Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In Relation To Certain Materials Or Devices - The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 3-5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Offering Equivalent Materials Or Devices.
