1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Including: Renovation Of The Basement Part Of The Building Of The District Court In Opole At Ul. Plebiscytowa 3A Along With Land Development Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In An Active Building, Covered By The Decision On The Building Permit - Decision No. 110/2026 Of April 8, 20262. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Characteristics Of The Construction Works And Technical Parameters Are Set Out In The Documentation Attached To The Agreement, Consisting Of The Construction And Executive Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And In The Bill Of Quantities, And Include, Among Others, The Following Scope:2.1. Works Outside The Building: A) Vertical Insulation Of Foundation Walls Around Parts Of The Building With Perimeter Drainage At A Distance Of 45 Cm From The Wall And A Vapor-Permeable Layer Of Sand And Gravel; B) Securing The Construction Site; C) Carrying Out Excavations Around Parts Of The Building In Alternating Sections; Up To The Level Of The Existing Floor Layers On The Ground In The Basement Part, I.E. From Approx. 1.50 M; D) Excavation Around Part Of The Building E) Dismantling The Existing Pavement, Slabs And Concrete Edges For Disposal; F) Removal And Disposal Of Rubble Together With The Fee; G) Securing The Excavations With System Formwork; H) Removing Damp Plasters On The Walls In Designated Rooms; I) Applying Renovation Plasters Mineral Mortars, Absorbing Harmful Salts Contained In The Walls;J) Laying A Banded Drainage;K) Sealing The Wall With Mineral Sludge;L) Installing Pvc 315 Inspection Chambers With A D400 Manhole And Connecting Them To The Existing Sewage System;M) Backfilling The Excavations With Vapor-Permeable Material - A Layer Of Sand And Gravel;N) Restoring The Existing Surface And Concrete Edges, Including The Foundation Construction: 10 Cm Of Cement-Sand Stabilization Rm = 5/7 Mpa, 25 Cm Of Greywacke Stone Mixture 0.31.5 Mm, Stone Fines. 3Cm, Existing Slabs. Reconstruct The Edges On A 20X20cm Concrete Bench Placed Flush With The Slabs;O) Replacement Of A Damaged Section Of The Sewage Pipe Fi300, Approximately 20M Long;P) Reconstruction Of Lawns And Sidewalks After Replacing The Sewage Pipe.2.2. Works Inside The Building: Rooms Covered With Renovation Of Walls, Ceilings And Finishing Works Consisting Of: A) Preparatory Works: - Disassembly And Assembly Of Existing Radiators And Associated Equipment; - Securing All Shelves And Furniture In Conflict With Foil, - Local Relocation Of Existing Furniture, - Securing The Workstation. B) Construction Works: - Shaving Loose, Deaf, Damp, Damaged And Loose Plasters On Walls; - Removal And Disposal Of Rubble, Including Fees; - Disinfection Of Walls To Completely Eliminate Microorganisms; - Cleaning Of Loose Layers With Hot Water; - Scraping And Removal Of Secondary Paints With Mixtures Of Organic Solvents, Degreasing (If Necessary, With Air Under Pressure
