The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Comprehensive Multi-Sector Design Documentation And A Multi-Family Residential Building With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development In Kaczory, Ul. Górna 16D, Plot No. 925/8, Piła District, Greater Poland Voivodeship.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular, The Preparation Of: 1) Complete Multi-Sector Design Documentation: A) Development Of A Multi-Sector Technical Design Of The Second Stage Of Implementation, To The Extent Consistent With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 Regarding The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design (Journal Of Laws 2022.1679), B) Obtaining All Required Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction Project, C) Making An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of Construction Works And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, Including The Implementation Of Energy Characteristics Of Individual Residential Premises. 2) Construction Of The Facility - A Multi-Family Residential Building, In Accordance With The Approved Design Documentation And Replacement Drawings Of Floor Plans. A) The Characteristic Parameters Of The Planned Facility Should Be Adopted On The Basis Of The Architectural And Construction Design Together With Alternative Drawings Of The Projections Of The Residential Building And The Land Development Design, Constituting An Annex To The Ffu. B) The Multi-Family Residential Building Is Planned As A Three-Story Building, Without A Basement, With A Flat Roof And A Parapet Wall. Building Structure In Prefabricated Technology. The Building Has One Staircase Equipped With A Single Passenger Lift. On The Ground Floor Of The Building, An Apartment Is Designed To Take Into Account The Needs Of People With Disabilities.
