1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Non-Cash Purchase Of Fuels, I.E. Diesel Oil And Unleaded Gasoline, Hereinafter Referred To As Fuels For Vehicles Operated By The Provincial Road Traffic Center In Toruń, Field Branch In Grudziądz, Consisting In Ensuring The Possibility Of Refueling Fuel Into The Tanks Of The Ordering Partys Company Vehicles On Working Days From Monday To Friday From 6.30 - 20.00 And On Saturday From 6.30 - 16.00 At Gas Stations In The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, In A Few Cases Also Throughout The Country.2) Propellant Collection Will Consist In The Successive (Depending On Needs) Refueling Of Vehicles Operated By The Ordering Party.3) Estimated Maximum Quantities Of Fuel That The Ordering Party Intends To Purchase During The Duration Of The Contract For The Provincial Road Traffic Center In Toruń - Local Branch In Grudziądz: A) Unleaded Gasoline With An Octane Number Pb 95 - 60,000 Liters; B) Diesel Oil - 40,000 Liters.4) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Adjust The Quantity Of Ordered Fuels To Current Needs (I.E. Increase Or Decrease The Numbers Given In The Section Above And Mix Them Within The Financial Resources Allocated For The Execution Of The Order) And The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims In This Respect.5) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Purchase Up To 20% Of The Quantities Of Fuel Specified In The Swz. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Failure To Purchase Fuel In The Quantities Indicated In The First Sentence.6) These Fuels Should Meet The Standards Specified In: A) Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels, B) Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of March 25, 2010 On Methods Of Testing The Quality Of Liquid Fuels, C) Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 Amending The Regulation On Methods For Testing The Quality Of Liquid Fuels And D) Appropriate Standards Applicable At The Time Of Delivery. In The Event Of A Change In Applicable Quality Standards During The Term Of The Agreement, The Contractor Will Adapt The Quality Of Fuels To The New Standards.7) Supplies Of Diesel Oil Concern The Grade Appropriate For The Summer, Transitional And Winter Periods. The Contractor Of The Agreement Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Supply Of A Given Type Of Diesel Oil Depending On The Current Ambient Temperature.8) Fuel Delivery Will Be Cashless, Using Electronic Fuel Cards, Directly To The Fuel Tanks Of Vehicles At The Ordering Partys Disposal At The Contractors Distribution Point And Without The Need To Issue A Vat Invoice Each Time.9) Electronic Fuel Cards: A) Will Be Assigned To A Specific Vehicle User (Personalized Card); B) Will Authorize Only The Purchase Of Subject Of The Motor Fuel Contract;C) Will Authorize The Purchase Of Motor Fuels Only In The Network Of Gas Stations Of The Contractor, Located In The City Of Grudziądz, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship And The Entire Country;D) Must Be Secu
