The Subject Of This Order Is The Preparation And Serving Of Hot One-Dish Meals For The Residents Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center (Mops) In Myszków In The Period From September 21, 2026 To September 30, 2027, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety And The Implementing Regulations Issued On The Basis Of The Above-Mentioned Act. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Multi-Annual Program Meal At School And At Home For 2024-2028 For The Benefit Of The Charges Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Myszków1) Services Of Preparing And Serving Meals For The Charges Of Mops In Myszków, Entitled To Receive One Free Meal A Day In The Form Of A Hot One-Dish Meal Or A Portion Of A Packed Lunch, Will Be Carried Out In The Period From September 21, 2026 To September 30, 2027, Continuously, I.E. Every Day, 7 Days A Week, Also On Non-Working Days, Sundays And Holidays, Taking Into Account The Provisions Contained In The Opz (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And In The Draft Provisions Of The Future Contract (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz)2) The Maximum Scope Of Services During The Period Covered By The Order Will Include The Preparation And Serving Of 26,250 Meals. The Ordering Party Anticipates That An Average Of 70 Children Will Be Provided With Assistance.3) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Number Of Administrative Decisions Issued, Entitling Mops Charges To Assistance In The Field Of Nutrition, While The Minimum Scope Of Services During The Period Covered By The Order Will Include The Preparation And Distribution Of No Less Than 13,125 Meals.4) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Implemented Within The City Center Of Myszków (Within A Radius Of No More Than 2 Km From The Railway Station In Myszków), Where Meals Will Be Prepared And Served. The Catering Establishment In Which Meals Will Be Prepared And Served Must Have A Decision Of The Competent District Sanitary Inspector Approving The Establishment And Its Entry In The Register Of Establishments Subject To Official Control Of The State Sanitary Inspector, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food Safety And Nutrition.5) A Detailed Description Of The Requirements Regarding The Method Of Order Execution Is Described In The Opz (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And In The Designed Provisions Of The Future Agreement, (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz).
