The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of New Multi-Hole Road Slabs Of The Yomb Type, Dimensions 100X75x12.5 Cm, 6,500 Pcs. Made In Accordance With The Pn-En 1339:2005 Standard. The Boards Should Be Double Cross-Reinforced With Steel According To Pn-H-93247, Pn-En 10080 Standards, In The Lower And Upper Zones With A Minimum Thickness Of Reinforcing Bars Of 6 Mm. Thickness Of Concrete Cover Of Reinforced Bars 30 Mm +/- 5 Mm. The Total Weight Of Reinforcement In One Slab Cannot Be Less Than 2.90 Kg. The Abrasion Resistance Of The Boards Is 18000/5000 (Mm3/Mm2). Frost Resistance, Frost Resistance Level F 150. Compressive Strength - Concrete Class C30/37; Water Absorption Not More Than 5%. The Surface Of The Slabs Should Be Free From Scratches, Cracks And Concrete Defects, With A Compact Or Molded Texture, In Accordance With Standard Requirements. The Edges Of The Boards Should Be Even And Straight - The Maximum Deviations From The Nominal Dimensions Are: Length +/- 5 Mm, Width +/- 5 Mm, Thickness +/- 3 Mm. For Each Batch Of Yomb Boards Delivered To The Construction Site, The Potential Contractor Should Submit To The Ordering Party A Certificate Of Conformity Or A Declaration Of Compliance With The Polish Standard. With The Offer, The Potential Contractor Of Works Should Submit To The Ordering Party A Certificate Of Conformity Or Declaration Of Compliance With Standards And A National Technical Assessment And A National Declaration Of Performance Together With Technical Drawings Confirming The Cross-Section Of The Slab And The Method Of Reinforcement, Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Above-Mentioned Requirements. Delivery Of The Slabs Will Take Place Between 7:30 A.M. And 3:30 P.M., Successively As Needed, To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Municipality Of Somonino, Including Along Roads. Municipalities Located In Forest And Wooded Areas. Orders Will Be Submitted To The Contractor By E-Mail Or Telephone Successively From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Placed Order Will Be Processed Within No Less Than 2 Days And No Longer Than 5 Days. The Goods Will Be Delivered At The Contractors Risk By Means Of Transport Ensuring Their Proper Quality. The Cost Of Loading, Transporting And Unloading The Goods Is Covered By The Contractor. Due Diligence Is Required When Implementing The Contract. The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor While Performing The Subject Of The Order. The Number Of Plates Ordered Is Given As An Estimate. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Place An Order In Reduced Or Increased Quantities, Provided That The Order May Be Increased By Up To 15% Of The Total Number Of Boards Ordered In Accordance With The Contract. The Contractor Provides A Warranty And Guarantee For The Delivered Materials For A Period Of Min. 36 Months.
