1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Catering Service - Preparation And Delivery Of Meals To The Municipal Nursery Gryfuś In Białogard.2. The Catering Service Will Be Provided On Working Days From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays, One-Month Holiday Break And Days Free From Care Activities In The Nursery. The Contractor Will Be Notified About Planned Days Off At Least 7 Days In Advance. This Deadline Does Not Apply In Emergency Situations Beyond The Control Of The Ordering Party, In Particular In The Event Of Temporary Closure Of The Nursery On The Order Of The Relevant Services.3. The Estimated Number Of Meal Sets Is 85 Per Day, With One Set Including Breakfast, Lunch (Soup And Main Course) And An Afternoon Snack. The Actual Number Of Sets Depends On Childrens Attendance And Parents Current Declarations. The Ordering Partys Authorized Representative Will Provide The Demand For A Given Day By Phone By 7:30 That Day.4. During Holidays Or Winter Breaks, Or Breaks Between Holidays, The Ordering Party Will Specify The Number Of Meals Depending On The Number Of Children Attending The Nursery.5. Subject To Early Termination Of The Contract Pursuant To Legal Provisions Or For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor, The Ordering Party Guarantees The Ordering Of Services With A Total Value Of At Least 80% Of The Maximum Gross Remuneration Specified In The Contract. Within The Limits Between The Guaranteed And The Maximum Scope, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claim For The Full Scope Of Work Or For Lost Profits.6. Type Of Meals: 1) Breakfast - Description In Swz.2) Lunches: Two-Course Dinner - Description In Swz.3) Afternoon Snacks - Description In Swz.7. Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Composition, Weight, Energy And Nutritional Value As Well As The Method Of Preparing Meals Must, On Each Day Of Service Provision, Comply With Generally Applicable Regulations Applicable To The Nutrition Of Children Up To 3 Years Of Age, And The Current Nutritional Standards For The Polish Population. Until The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The New Requirements, Art. 22 Of The Act Of February 4, 2011 On The Care Of Children Up To 3 Years Of Age. From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Provisions Amending Or Supplementing These Requirements, Including The Relevant Implementing Provisions, The Contractor Shall Apply Them Without The Need For A Separate Request.2) The Contractor Shall Provide Diets Resulting From The Special Health Requirements Of The Child, In Accordance With The Recommendations Provided By The Ordering Party (In Particular A Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free Diet Or One Eliminating Indicated Allergens). The Childs Data Is Provided To The Contractor Only To The Extent Necessary For The Correct Assignment Of The Diet, Generally Using The Identifier Provided By The Ordering Party.3) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Periodically Check The Compliance Of The Delivered Meals With The Weight And Temperature Requirements.
