The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A New Road Sweeper With A Wet Washing And Cleaning Function. In Particular, The Subject Of The Order Includes: • Purchase, Transport (At The Contractors Expense And Risk) And Unloading On The Users Premises, I.E. The Jastrzębia Commune, A Road Sweeper With A Wet Washing And Cleaning Function, • The Sweeper Must Be Brand New And Used For Servicing Outdoor Areas, • The Sweeper Must Have All The Documents Necessary To Complete The Formalities Related To Admitting It To Traffic After Public Roads In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, • The Following Documents Must Be Delivered No Later Than On The Day Of Handing Over The Sweeper:  Manual For Safe Operation Of The Vehicle Prepared In Polish,  Spare Parts Catalog In Pictorial And Numerical Form As A Book Catalog Or In Electronic Form On A Digital Medium Or On The Suppliers Portal,  Warranty Document In Accordance With The Submitted Offer And The Concluded Contract,  Pm 10 Certificate,  Pm Certificate 2.5,  Service Book,  Schedule Of Necessary Periodic Inspections,  Approval - Extract (Data Confirmation)  Other Documents Required By Law. • Providing Warranty Service For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months With A Maximum Service Response Time Of 4 To 8 Hours. • Conducting Training For Drivers And Employees In The Field Of Technical Maintenance In Terms Of Use, Inspections, Repairs And Operation (Which Will Be Confirmed By The Issuance Of Appropriate Certificates). In The Offered Price, The Contractor Is Obliged To Include All Materials, Activities And Costs That Are Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Documents Included In The Swz (In Particular The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract), Applicable Regulations And Standards, As Well As With Its Own Experience And Technical Knowledge, Including The Costs Of Warranty Inspections For A Minimum Period 36 Months.
