The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New, Unused, Complete And Free From Physical And Legal Defects 9-Seater Car, Adapted To Transport People With Disabilities - Participants Of The Pod Zielonym Dębem Support Center In Jawor.1.2 The Delivered Vehicle Must Meet All The Requirements Specified In This Specification Of Terms Of Order And Applicable Legal Regulations.2. Requirements Regarding The Vehicle2.1 The Offered Car Must Be Brand New, Unused And Manufactured No Earlier Than In The Year Of Delivery;2.2 Meet The Technical Requirements Specified In Applicable Legal Provisions For Vehicles Permitted For Traffic On Public Roads, In Particular Those Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Implementing Acts Issued Thereunder Basis;2.3 Have An Approval Certificate Or An Ec Certificate Of Conformity, Enabling Registration Of The Vehicle In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland;2.4 Meet The Requirements Of The Exhaust Emission Standard Of At Least Euro 6E Eb Or Equivalent Applicable On The Date Of Delivery;2.5 It Must Be Adapted To The Transport Of Persons With Disabilities In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2.6 Detailed Requirements Regarding The Technical Parameters, Equipment And Functionality Of The Vehicle Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Constituting Also The Price Form - Annex No. 1A To The Terms Of Reference. 2.7 All Technical Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constitute Minimum Requirements. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Solutions With Parameters Equivalent Or Higher Than Those Indicated, Provided That All Other Requirements Specified In Swz Are Met.2.8 The Technical, Operational Parameters And Quality Of The Delivered Vehicle And Its Equipment Must Meet The Requirements Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions, Norms And Quality Standards Relevant To The Subject Of The Order.3. Documents Provided With The Vehicle. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With The Vehicle With A Set Of Documents Necessary For Its Registration And Use, In Particular: A) Approval Certificate Or An Extract From The Approval Certificate Prepared In Polish; B) Ec Certificate Of Conformity (Coc), If Required; C) Warranty Card Along With Warranty And Service Conditions; D) User Manual In Polish; E) Vat Invoice; F) Document Confirming Payment Of Excise Tax - If Required Required;G) Document Confirming Compliance With Applicable Exhaust Emission Standards;H) Other Documents Required By Law For Registration And Use Of The Vehicle.
