1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Removal Of Asbestos-Containing Waste Located In The Strawczyn Commune And The Transport And Disposal Of The Resulting Hazardous Waste In A Landfill From Real Estate Located In The Strawczyn Commune, 2) Basic Scope: The Expected Amount Of Asbestos-Containing Waste That Should Be Collected, Secured, Loaded, Transported And Deposited In A Waste Landfill Adapted For This Purpose From Real Estate Located In The Commune Strawczyn In 2026 Will Be Max. 250 Mg. Based On Submitted Applications, Approximately 90 Properties Are Covered By The Transport And Disposal Of Asbestos-Containing Materials. 3) Optional Scope (Option Right): Covering The Collection, Securing, Loading, Transporting And Depositing In A Landfill Adapted For This Purpose Of Waste From Properties Located In The Strawczyn Commune In 2026. Will Be Max. 125 Mg4) The Contractor Is Entitled To Remuneration Only For The Basic Scope Actually Completed And For That Part Of The Optional Scope That Will Be Activated In Writing By The Ordering Party.
