The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning With Service Training Divided Into Tasks (Order Divided Into 2 Parts).2.The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 2 (Two) Parts: 1) Part No. 1: Delivery Of Gas Boilers; 3.The Detailed Quantitative Specification Is Set Out In: 1) Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Applies To Part No. 1; - This Annex Also Constitutes A Form For Calculating The Offer Price.4.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: 1) In The Scope Of Part No. 1: A) Operational And Technical Requirements For The Purchase Of A 200 L Gas Cooking Kettle (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz); B) Operational And Technical Requirements For The Purchase Of A 300 L Gas Cooking Kettle (Appendix No. 6 To The Swz); 5.An Integral Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are: 1) Offer Price Calculation Form - Annex No. 1A To The Swz For Part No. 1, 2) Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz (Applies To Each Part Of The Order).6.The Contractor Guarantees That The Delivered Goods Are Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Provided With The Original Manufacturers Marking In Packaging Protecting Against Quantitative And Qualitative Changes.7.The Contractor Will Deliver The Goods At His Own Expense And Risk, As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration.8.The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Following Items Together With The Goods: 1) Operating And Work Safety Manual In Polish, 2) Completed Warranty Cards, 3) List Of Addresses Of Service Points In Poland.9.The Goods Must Have An Information Plate (Metal Or Laminated Plastic) Permanently Attached, Resistant To Mechanical Impacts, The Temperature Emitted By The Machine, The Action Of Water And Cleaning And Disinfecting Agents, And Blurring Of The Data Recorded On It. The Plate Should Contain The Following Entries: 1) Name, Device Model, Serial Number; 2) Manufacturers Designation; 3) Date Of Production.10.The Goods Must Also Have A Sticker Containing The Following Information: 1) Full Name And Address Of The Contractor, 2) Sales Contract Number, 3) Warranty Period, 4) Service Telephone Numbers.
