Kwiatowa 9, Building No. 1 - (1St Stage, Replacement Of The Passenger Elevator).Replacement Of The Passenger Elevator (Delivery Of A Passenger Elevator): The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Measurements, Technical Specification Of The Elevator, Replacement Of The Lift, Drawing, Replacement Of The Lift, Project). The Documentation Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Contains A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constitutes An Integral Part Of This Swz And Must Be Read Carefully. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Opz, Which Consists Of: Technical Designs With Drawing Parts, Bills Of Quantities/Work Quantities Which Include Detailed Measurements And Scope Of Works For Each Part, Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Constituting An Annex. No. 1 To This Swz. The Design Documentation Contains A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constitutes An Integral Part Of This Swz And Should Be Read Carefully.1) The Offer Price Should Include The Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Marking Project And Securing The Works For The Duration Of The Works.2) The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation Attached To The Swz, Technical Specifications And Other Requirements Specified In Detail In Annex 1 To This Swz, I.E. In The Design Documentation.3) The Ordering Party Requires That The Offer Price Includes All Items From The Bill Of Quantities. Works/Work Quantities, On The Basis Of Which The Total Value Of The Task Will Be Estimated. The Bill Of Quantities/Quantity Of Works Is An Integral Part Of The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Swz.4) The Basis For Payment Of The Remuneration Will Be An Invoice Issued By The Contractor After The Final Acceptance Of The Works, Payable By Transfer To The Contractors Account Within 21 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Invoice, And The Day Of Debiting The Ordering Partys Account Will Be Considered The Payment Date.5) The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage The Possibility Of Granting An Advance Payment For The Execution Of The Item.
