The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment, Multimedia Equipment, Furniture And Teaching Aids For The Implementation Of Additional And Specialized Classes As Part Of The Project Entitled: Organization Of Classes For Preschool Children Divided Into Six Parts. 1) Part I: Teaching Aids And Equipment For Carrying Out Specialized Classes All Teaching Aids And Multimedia Equipment Delivered Under The Contract Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Approved For Trading And Use In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Offered Products Must Have The Required Certificates, Approvals, Quality Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity Or Markings, If They Are Required By Law For A Given Type. Assortment, And Meet The Applicable Standards Applicable To The Subject Of The Contract. In The Case Of Electrical And Electronic Equipment, It Is Required To Have The Ce Marking, While Products Intended For Use By Children Must Be Safe And Adapted To School Conditions. Note: 1) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Each Part Of The Procedure Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Has Made Every Effort To Ensure That The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Any Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product. If The Name/Number/Title Of The Standard, Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product Is Indicated In The Procurement Documents, It Is For Informational Purposes Only Or Is Intended To Clarify The Subject Of The Procurement And Should Be Understood As Exemplary And Should Be Considered Together With The Word Or Equivalent, Provided That Parameters Are Guaranteed To Be No Worse (The Same As Those Described In The Swz Or Better) Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Documents. A) The Detailed Obligations Of The Contractor In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Procurement Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Procurement Contract. Public. Providing A Guarantee And Warranty Period By The Contractor Shorter Than That Indicated Above For A Given Category Of The Subject Of The Order Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer As Incon
