1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Carry Out An Inventory Of Green Areas In The City Of Ustka As Part Of The Project: Future In Balance. Together With Switzerland For A Better And Safer Słupsk Financed By The Second Edition Of Swiss Financial Assistance For Selected European Union Member States In Order To Reduce Socio-Economic Differences Within The European Union And From The State Budget Under The Polish-Swiss Urban Development Program.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes A Field Inventory Of Trees And Shrubs, Including: 2.1.Preparation Of A List Of Inventoried Trees And Shrubs Containing: A) Identification Of Species And Varieties Of Trees And Shrubs In The Field (With Latin And Polish Names); B) Dendrometric Measurements, I.E. Circumference Of Tree Trunks At Breast Height (At A Height Of 130 Cm And 5 Cm From The Ground), Height And Width Of The Tree Crown And Measurements Of The Area Occupied By Shrubs; C) Description Of The Health Condition Of Trees/Shrubs; D) Recommendations For Further Action In Order To: --- Preservation Of Trees/Shrubs By Indicating Maintenance Works, --- The Need To Remove Trees/Shrubs Due To Their Health Condition Or Threat To The Environment;2.2.Determining The Location Of The Inventoried Trees/Shrubs And Plotting Them On Digital Map Bases (Base Map) Obtained By The Contractor On Its Own;2.3.Preparation Of An Editable Version Of An Inventory Of Trees/Shrubs Along With Basic Maps, On A Data Carrier - Cd/Usb Pendrive;2.4.The Inventory Results Should Additionally Be Saved In The Form Of Spatial Data In An Shp File (Shapefile), In Order To Enter The Data Into The Spatial Information System To Create A Map Of Green Places. The Vector Layer Must Be Point-Based And Have A Completed Table Of Attributes (Species And Varieties Of Trees And Shrubs, Circumference Of Tree Trunks At Breast Height At A Height Of 130 Cm And 5 Cm From The Ground, Height And Width Of The Tree Crown And Measurements Of The Area Occupied By Shrubs), On A Data Carrier - Cd/Usb Pendrive.3.The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into The Following Scopes: 3.1.Basic Scope, Including Carrying Out An Inventory Of Trees And Shrubs According To The Scope Specified In Point 4.2. Swz In The Area Of ​​The City Of Ustka, I.E. Plots Indicated In Annex No. 10 To The Swz;3.2.Option Right, Including Carrying Out An Inventory Of Trees And Shrubs According To The Scope Specified In Point 4.2. Swz In The Areas Annexed To The City Of Ustka As Of January 1, 2026, I.E. Plots Indicated In Annex No. 11 To The Swz.
