The Subject Of The Order Is The Acceptance And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Area Of Łaziska Górne, Delivered By The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Includes Acceptance Of The Following Types Of Waste For Management: • Biodegradable Waste With Code 20 02 01 (Bulk Waste) In An Amount Of 210 Mg • Biodegradable Waste With Code 20 02 01 (Waste In Plastic Bags) In An Amount 140 Mgthe Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Quantities Smaller Than Those Specified In The Subject Of The Order, Provided That It Undertakes To Perform At Least 60% Of The Contract Value. If Such A Situation Occurs, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party.
