The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation Along With Authors Supervision For The Task Lets Create A Climate - Blue - Green Acupuncture Of The City - Revitalization Of Public Spaces Using Nature-Based Solutions - Location 4 Former Jordan Garden. The Subject Of The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Lets Do The Climate - Adaptation To Climate Change Through The Development Of An Educational Base And Blue-Green Infrastructure In Grudziądz Financed By The Second Edition Of Swiss Financial Assistance For Selected European Union Member States In Order To Reduce Socio-Economic Differences Within The European Union And From The State Budget Under The Polish-Swiss Urban Development Program. A Detailed Description Can Be Found In Appendix No. 6 To Swz - Opz. 2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Made Based On The Design Guidelines.3.The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of A Construction Design Together With Bioz Information 2) Development Of An Executive Design; 3) Development Of A Technical Design; 4) Preparation Of A Bill Of Quantities And An Investors Cost Estimate; 5) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; 6) Preparation Of Studies Included In The Guidelines For Ordinance No. 263/2023 Of The President Of Grudziądz Of May 10, 2023 On The Adoption Of Greenery Protection Standards When Planning And Implementing Investments And Development Of Green Areas In The Commune - The City Of Grudziądz; 7) Obtaining, As Part Of The Remuneration, All Data, Decisions, Permits, Arrangements Required By Separate Regulations, Which Will Be Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction Works, Including: A) Approval Of The Department Of Environment And Green Area Architect Of The Municipal Office Of A Detailed Inventory Of Green Areas, Dendrological Report And Greenery Protection Project In Accordance With The Content Of Ordinance No. 263/23 Of The Mayor Of Grudziądz Of May 10, 2023 B) Decision On The Building Permit Or Reporting The Construction To The Competent Authority - If Required, And The Decision Or Opinion Of The Competent Conservator Of Monuments Authorizing Construction Works On Monuments.4. Under This Order, The Contractor Will Also Exercise Authors Supervision.5.As Part Of This Order, The Contractor Will Take Part In Public Consultations Organized By The Ordering Party In The Form Of At Least Two Open Meetings With Residents. The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor About The Consultation Date At Least 14 Calendar Days Before The Planned Consultation Date.6.A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Contract Template.
