Part No. 1 - Lower Silesian Branch 1. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1.1.Task No. 1 - Comprehensive Organization Of A Conference (Hereinafter Referred To As The Conference), The Contractor Provides A Room, Technical Equipment, Organizational Services, Catering And Catering Services, In Accordance With Point 1.1 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz;1.2.Task No. 2 - Organization Of Meetings, Seminars Or Workshops In Accordance With Point 1.2 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz In The Following Two Variants: 1.2.1.Variant A - Meeting With A Room: The Contractor Provides A Room, Technical Equipment, Organizational Services, Catering And Catering Services;1.2.2.Variant B - Meeting Without A Room: The Ordering Party Provides The Room, And The Contractor Provides Catering, Catering Service, Tableware, Setting, Regular Replenishment And Cleaning Of The Catering After The Meeting. The Meetings Are Of A Working, Informational And Advisory Nature. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Detailed Scope Of Work For Individual Parts Of The Order Is Indicated In The Annex To The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Appropriate For A Given Part. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Implement Only The Material Scope Specified In The Annex Relating To The Part Within The Scope Of Which The Contract Was Concluded. 3. The Method Of Implementing The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Projected Provisions Of The Agreement, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Public Procurement Agreement Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu).
