1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Gels, Control And Consumable Materials, Along With The Lease Of An Automatic, Integrated System For Gel Electrophoresis Of Blood Serum Proteins, Detection Of Oligoclonal Bands In Csf And Immunofixation In Blood Serum And Urine. The Ordering Party Requires 100% Of The Assortment For Individual Tasks And Does Not Allow Fractional Parts Of Packaging. The Contractor Is Obliged To Purchase An Application Enabling The Installation Of A System Into The Laboratorys It Network - This Does Not Apply To Systems Already Operating In The Laboratory Diagnostics Department (Zdl), And To Install The Latest Version Of The Software That Supports The Course Of Analyzes And Update The Software During The Term Of The Contract. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Train The Laboratory Staff Free Of Charge And Enable (At Its Own Expense) The Ordering Party To Participate In External Laboratory Inspections In The Sowa-Med Medical Analyzes Reliability Assessment System Program. Sp. Z O. O - Control In The Field Of Protein Electrophoresis And Immunofixation - Eqa Test (Allowing To Meet The Requirements Of Iso15189), Cyclical Control 4 Times A Year. The Ordering Party Envisages The Simultaneous Performance Of: A Maximum Of 12 Protein Separations On A Plate, Immunofixation Of A Maximum Of 4 Patients On A Plate, Searching For Oligoclonal Bands In Serum And Csf In 4 Patients + Control. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take This Information Into Account When Estimating The Necessary Amount Of Assortment For The Number Of Tests Declared By The Ordering Party.2.The Estimated List Of Assortment Deliveries For The Duration Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
