1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Hard Coal Of The Eco-Pea Coal Type To The School Complex. Hugona Kołłątaj In Zawiercie (Ul. Miodowa 1) In The Heating Season 2026/2027.2.The Ordering Party Declares That The Purchased Hard Coal Will Be 100% Intended For Fuel Purposes. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Eco-Pea Coal Comes From A Polish Mine. Eco-Pea Coal Imported From Abroad Is Not Allowed.3.Parameters Of The Fuel Constituting The Subject Of The Order: Minimum Calorific Value: 29Mj/Kg Granulation: 5-25 Mm Maximum Ash Content: 10% Maximum Sulfur Content: 1% Maximum Sinterability: 20Ri4.Each Order Will Include The Transport And Unloading Of Fuel - By The Contractors Forces And At His Expense.5.The Scope Of The Basic Order Is 80 Tons. In The Event Of Increased Demand For Fuel And After Exhausting The Quantitative Scope Of The Basic Order, The Ordering Party Envisages Exercising The Option Right To Extend The Basic Order To Include The Delivery Of 50 Tons. The Ordering Party Will Exercise The Option Right During The Term Of The Future Public Procurement Contract. The Unit Price Of The Subject Of The Contract Covered By The Option Right Will Be Consistent With The Unit Price Of The Basic Contract, Resulting From The Offer Submitted By The Contractor And Adopted In The Provisions Of The Future Public Procurement Contract. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To A Claim For The Ordering Partys Failure To Exercise The Option Right Or For Exercising This Right To A Lesser Extent. The Conditions For The Implementation Of Deliveries If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right Are Included In The Draft Agreement - Annex No. 1 To Swz.6.The Contractor Will Carry Out Individual Deliveries Of The Subject Of The Order Using A Delivery Vehicle With A Total Weight (Weight Of The Vehicle Together With The Supplied Fuel) Not Exceeding 15 Tons. This Requirement Results From The Conditions Of Access To The Fuel Storage Place Designated By The Ordering Party, I.E. The Boiler Room Next To The School Playground. It Is Recommended That The Delivery Vehicle Be Equipped With The Hds.7 Mechanical Unloading System.Orders Will Be Placed Successively, Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.8.The Ordering Party Requires That The Fuel Be Delivered In Packages/Bags Of 20 Kg Or 25 Kg Each, Placed On Pallets.9.The Contractor Will Ensure The Delivery Of Fuel In Packages/Bags That: 1) Will Enable Its Identification In Accordance With The Commercial Document, 2) Will Not Show Any Signs Of Tampering Or Damage, 3) Will Protect The Fuel Against Moisture, 4) Will Have Printed Information On At Least The Origin Of The Fuel, The Weight Of A Single Package/Bag And Quality Parameters.10. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide With Each Delivery A Current Quality Certificate In The Form Of A Document Confirming Compliance With The Original.11. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Control The Quality Parameters Of Deliveries By Ordering An Ex
