Providing Services Consisting In Providing A Temporary Place In A Shelter For Homeless People Referred By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Ostróda In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 48A Of The Act On Social Assistance Of March 12, 2004. The Shelter Cannot Be Located More Than 250 Km From The City Of Ostróda. The Expected Number Of Homeless People Covered By The Service Is 7 People, But The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Numbers Given Are Estimates And Do Not Constitute A Guaranteed Number Of People. Moreover, The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Services May Only Be Provided By Entities Running Shelters For Homeless People Entered By The Voivode On The List Of Establishments Providing Temporary Shelter. A Shelter For Homeless People Is Obliged To Provide Services In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On Minimum Standards Of Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Rooms, Referred To In §2 Section 2 Of The Regulation, And To Provide: A) Support In Undertaking Any Professional Activity, As Well As Participation In Various Types Of Courses, Training And Other Forms Of Social Activity And Professional Life, Assistance In Obtaining The Status Of An Unemployed Person And Enabling Contacts With The District Labor Office; B) Three Meals A Day, Including At Least One Hot Meal; C) Basic Cleaning And Personal Hygiene Products; D) Necessary Clothes And Footwear Appropriate To The Season; E) Basic Over-The-Counter Medicines And Dressings, As Well As Access To A General Practitioner And Medical Care In Specialist Clinics. Admission Of A Homeless Person To The Shelter Will Take Place After Prior Arrangement Of A Date, Based On A Personal Referral Issued By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Ostróda. The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Inform The Ordering Party About Any Change In The Life And Health Situation Of The Person Using The Shelter. The Fee For The Shelter Will Be Determined Taking Into Account The Resolution Of The City Council In Ostróda On Establishing The Rules For Payment For Stays In Support Centers That Are Shelters For The Homeless.
