The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of A Technical Design For Each Necessary Industry (Sanitary, Electrical, Construction) (Including The Editable Dwg Or Dxf Version); 2) Development Of The Construction Design (Including The Editable Dwg Or Dxf Version); 3) Development Of The Bill Of Quantities And The Investors Cost Estimate Of The Works (Including The Editable Ath Version); 4) Development Of The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works; 5) Development And Submission Of An Application For Determining The Location Public Purpose Investment;6) Obtaining A Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment;7) Obtaining From The District Office In Otwock, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, An Appropriate Document Allowing The Implementation Of Construction Works;8) Carrying Out Other Studies Required By Law, Which Are Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.3.The Subject Of The Task Will Be The Implementation Of Projects Including: 1) A Two-Car Garage Intended For Storing Fire Trucks And For Storing Rescue Equipment; 2) A Locker Room For Firefighters With Space For Storing Special Clothing And Personal Equipment; 3) Bathrooms And Toilets Equipped With Showers; 4) A Warehouse For Firefighting And Rescue Equipment; 5) An Office Room For The Management Board Of The Volunteer Fire Department; 6) A Room For The Youth Fire Brigade Team In For The Purpose Of Conducting Meetings And Training Classes;7) Kitchen Room;8) Social Room For Firefighters And Members Of The Volunteer Fire Department;9) Warehouse For The Municipal Crisis Management Team.
