Modular And Portable Buildings – Establishing Electronic Garbage Gazebos (3 Pcs.). 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Installation Of Electronic Garbage Gazebos (3 Pcs.) Intended For The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste In The City Of Chełm, Equipped With An Access Control System, A Video Monitoring System, An It System For Managing The Gazebos Operation And A Separate Room For Transferring Items For Reuse. 2. Gazebos Will Enable: • Collection Of A Minimum Of 12 Waste Fractions, • Collection Of Problematic Waste (E.G. Textiles, Small Electrical And Electronic Equipment, Batteries, Expired Medicines, Small Plastics), • Temporary Transfer Of Items For Reuse (Second Life), • User Identification And Registration Of Transferred Waste, • Optimization Of Collection Logistics By Monitoring The Level Of Filling. 3. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: • Delivery Of Waste Containers, • Delivery Of Access Cards, • Providing Access To The It System In A Remote Model (Cloud), • Transport, Assembly And Commissioning, • Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff, • Conducting A Functional Test, • Preparing And Conducting An Information And Educational Campaign, • Providing A Quality Guarantee. 4. Gazebos Will Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 And No. 2A To The Swz. 6. The Offer Should Include The Valuation Of All Accompanying Services, Indirectly Related To The Subject Of The Proceedings, I.E. In Particular: Customs Duties, Administrative Fees, Transport Costs, Loading And Unloading, Assembly, Commissioning, Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees, Testing, Preparation And Implementation Of An Information And Educational Campaign, Insurance On The Way To The Ordering Partys Headquarters And All Other Costs Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order. 7. The Minimum Warranty Conditions And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 8. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Modernization Of The Municipal Waste Processing Plant Of Mpgk Sp. Z O. O. In Chełm Co-Financed Under Measure 3.6 Waste Management In The Public Sector (Project Type 1,3,4) Of Priority Iii Protection Of Environmental And Climate Resources Of The European Funds For The Lublin Province 2021-2027 Program.
