Actuarial Services – Actuarial Services. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Provide Actuarial Studies, Consultancy Services, Financial Management Assistance And Redesign/Maintenance Of Projection Tools For All Schemes Managed By The Cnbf. This Contract Is An Ordinary Public Contract At Mixed Prices, Concluded In Application Of Articles R. 2112-6 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code. The Estimated Total Amount Of The Contract Is €600,000 Excluding Tax Over Its Total Duration. It Combines Two Distinct Methods Of Remuneration And Execution: 1. An Annual Flat Rate Portion: • It Covers The Recurring Services Of Obligatory Annual Actuarial Studies And Corrective Maintenance • These Services Apply Automatically Upon Notification Of The Contract Without Prior Issuance Of A Purchase Order. • They Are Paid On The Basis Of A Firm Fixed Price Appearing In The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu). 2. 2. A Portion At Unit Prices On Purchase Orders: • It Covers Specific And One-Off Prospective Studies (Reform Projects, Equity Analyses, Etc.), Additional Simulations, Training Actions As Well As The Evolutionary Maintenance Of The Tool And The Major Evolution Or Overhaul Of The Excel Projection Tool. • These Services Are Carried Out As Needed By Issuing Purchase Orders, On The Basis Of The Unit Prices Appearing In The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu). • The Purchase Order Portion Is Concluded With A Maximum Amount Of €300,000 Excluding Tax Over The Total Duration Of The Contract.
