Ski-Lift Equipment – ​​Competition For The Appointment Of A Contractor For The Supply Of A New Lift For The Viglas Ski Center. Section 1 Includes: This Concerns The Supply And Installation Of An Aerial Lift With Four-Seater Chair-Type Stretchers At The Vigla Ski Center To Replace The Existing Central Lift. The Elevator Will Be Delivered Fully Installed And Operational, After The Required Certification, And Will Include All The Necessary, Main And Auxiliary Systems For Its Proper Operation. The Scope Of The Contract Also Includes The Guaranteed Operation Of The Supply For A Minimum Of One Year And The Provision Of Technical Support For Five Years From The Certification And Delivery Of The Lift In Full Operation, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Chapter 8 Hereof. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Replace The Ski Resorts Outdated Two-Seater Lift Whose Electromechanical Equipment Has Reached The End Of Its Service Life. Therefore, This Contract Also Includes The Dismantling Of The Existing Two-Seater Aerial Lift And The Deposit Of Its Components In The Parking Lot Of The Ski Center. The Technical Description Of The Elevator And Other Accompanying Facilities Determines The Basic Requirements For Their Construction. All The Requested Technical Characteristics Of The Elevators, As Mentioned In This And Other Issues Of The Declaration, Should Come From The Production Series Of The Elevator And Not Be Special Constructions Or Modifications In Order To Meet The Specifications Of This Declaration. In This Way, The Maximum Possible Reliability And Quality Of The Facilities Is Ensured. It Is Clarified That The Following Are Not Included In The Scope: - The Procedure And Costs For Environmental Licensing, If Required. - The Procedure And Costs For The Issuance Of An Information Act As Well As The Cost Of Reforestation, If Required. - Any Fees Required For The Licensing Of The Works And Facilities. - Costs Related To The Power Supply Network Managers Regarding Any Modification That May Be Required Or For The Increase In Power If Required.
