Network Upgrade – Expansion Of The It Infrastructure Of The Institute Of Occupational Medicine For The Needs Of Scientific Research. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Implementation And Configuration Of A Modern Ict Infrastructure In The Form Of A Computing Cluster Along With The Necessary Components Of The Data Processing, Storage And Security Infrastructure For The Institute Of Occupational Medicine. Prof. Jerzy Nofer, Md, Phd, Consisting In The Delivery, Installation And Configuration Of The Supplied Hardware And Software (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Assortment) Along With Providing Instructions For Administrators. 1. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Deliver And Configure Devices And Systems Controlling Their Operation And Conduct On-The-Job Training For The Ordering Partys Administrators/Staff; 2) Implementation Of An Integrated It Infrastructure Environment Enabling Effective Use Of Hardware Resources, Ensuring High Availability Of Services And Increasing The Level Of Protection Of Processed Data, In Particular The Ordering Partys Scientific Data. 2. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order In Question, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Implement The Following Elements: 1) Servers In X86 Architecture - 3 Pcs/; 2) Server Operating System - Datacenter Edition, 4 16-Core Licenses For 2 Hosts With 32 Cores Each (Licensing For Authorized Educational Units - Academic/Edu); 3) San Switches - 2 Pcs/Set; 4) Disk Array - 1 Pc/Set; 5) Object Data Storage - 1 Pc/Set; 6) Tape Library - 1 Pc/Set; 7) Sfp+ Rack Managed Network Switches - 2 Pcs/Set. 3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Order In Question, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Accompanying Services/Activities, Described In Detail In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, Including In Particular: 1) Pre-Implementation And Installation Works: Consisting In The Preparation Of Architecture Diagrams, Connections, And Then Full Configuration Of The Computing Cluster, Virtualization Systems, Matrix, San Network And Integration With The Ordering Partys Central Backup System; 2) Performance Tests: Conducting Performance And Reliability Tests Of The Implemented It Environment; 3) On-The-Job Training: Conducting On-The-Job Training For The Ordering Partys Employees For At Least 16 Hours, Regarding The Implemented Hardware And Software Solutions; 4) Providing Documentation: Preparation And Submission To The Ordering Party Of Detailed As-Built Documentation And Performance Test Reports, In The Form And Content Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Agreement. 4. The Submission Of Complete As-Built Documentation Referred To In Point 4 And Test Reports Is A Necessary Condition For Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Agreement Without Any Reservations. 5. The Assortment Delivered By The Contractor, Constituting The Subject Of The Order, Will Be Brand New, Free From Defects, Will Come From The Manufacturers Authorized Sales Channel And Produced No Earlier Than In 2026, And Represents The Model Of The Current Production Line.
