Surveillance And Security Systems And Devices – Purchase, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of 5 Automatic Border Control Gates Abc, Intended For The Warsaw-Okęcie Border Guard Station.. Purchase, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of 5 Automatic Border Control Gates Abc, Intended For The Warsaw-Okęcie Border Guard Station. Under The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Purchase And Deliver: A) 5 Abc Gates, With All Required Peripheral Devices And Other Elements Specified In The Opz; B) Required Licenses And Software, Under The Conditions Specified In The Opz; C) A Test Set That Will Enable Simulation Of The Border Clearance Process At The Provided Abc Gates And Launch Of The Border Clearance Process Using Facial Image Verification And Fingerprint Verification Of The Delivered Abc Gates; 2) Dismantling 5 Pcs Of Previously Used Abc Gates And Installing 5 Pcs Of New Abc Gates In Places And At Times Designated By The Ordering Party And The User; 3) Development And Delivery Of Documentation Specified In The Opz; 4) Adapting The Provided Software To Connect To The Border Guard Border Clearance System, Which Will Result In The Creation Of A Programming Interface, If Applicable, In Accordance With The Offer Of The Contractor And Opz; 5) Transfer Of Copyrights To The Ordering Party And The Border Guard In Accordance With The Contract And Opz; 6) Providing Service And Technical Support During The Warranty Period, Including Performing Technical And Maintenance Inspections With A Frequency In Accordance With The Manufacturers Guidelines, But At Least Once Every Six Months During The Warranty Period; 7) Conducting Training For Border Guard Engineers In The Field Of Administering The Central Part Of The Abc Gateway Software; 8) Conducting Training For Border Guard Officers On The Proper Operation And Maintenance Of Abc Gates And Abc Gate Software; 9) Support For The User In Updating The Software During The Warranty Period, If The Manufacturer Introduces New Software Or New Versions Thereof. Opz Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Ppu Is Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
