The Measure Takes Place As Part Of A Modernization Of The Radiological Diagnostics Infrastructure To Ensure Sustainable, High-Quality And Economical Patient Care. The Existing Device Is Replaced During Ongoing Clinic Operations. For This Purpose, All Necessary Services For Dismantling And Professional Disposal Or Return Of The Existing Mri System As Well As For The Delivery, Introduction, Installation, Integration And Commissioning Of The New Mri System Must Be Provided. The Order Also Includes All Necessary Adjustments To The Existing Spatial, Technical And Infrastructural Conditions, To The Extent That These Are Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The New System. These Include In Particular The Coordination And Implementation Of Necessary Measures Regarding Power Supply, Air Conditioning, Mri-Specific Shielding And Protective Measures, It And Network Connections As Well As Other Medical Technology And Building Technology Interfaces. There May Be Minor Structural Changes Required. The System To Be Procured Must Correspond To The Current State Of Science And Technology And Use Low-Helium Technology. The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Provide A High-Performance, Future-Proof Mri System For Use In Clinical Routine, Including Emergency, Outpatient And Inpatient Examinations. The Scope Of Services Also Includes Complete Integration Into The Existing Hospital It And Radiological Infrastructure (In Particular Pacs And Other Relevant Systems), The Implementation Of All Necessary Tests And Acceptances, The Instruction And Training Of The Medical, Technical And Administrative Staff As Well As The Provision Of The Documentation And Approval Certificates Necessary For Operation. The Execution Of The Measure Must Be Planned And Carried Out In Such A Way That Restrictions On Clinical Operations Are Reduced To A Minimum And The Availability Of Radiological Care Is Largely Ensured During The Device Replacement.
