Electricity, Heating, Solar And Nuclear Energy – Purchase Of Electricity For A Purchasing Group Created By The Oborniki Commune. 1. Name Of The Subject Of The Order: Purchase Of Electricity For The Purchasing Group Created By The Oborniki Commune. 2. Electricity Will Be Supplied In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular Under The Conditions Specified By The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act. 3. The Order Covers The Supply Of Electricity In The Amount Of 4,995,692 Kwh From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 To Electricity Consumption Points In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To This Description. 4. The Supply Of Electricity Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Electricity Sales Agreement Referred To In Art. 5 Section 2 Points 1 Of The Energy Law. 5. This Order Does Not Cover The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services. 6. Quality Requirements: 1) Electricity Will Be Supplied Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law And In Accordance With The Implementing Regulations Issued To This Act. Distribution Services Will Be Provided On The Basis Of A Separate Agreement Concluded By The Ordering Party With The Relevant Distribution System Operator (Dso). 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Act As The Entity Responsible For Commercial Balancing For Electricity Sold Under The Subject Of The Order. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Contracts With The Distribution System Operator, I.E. Enea Operator Sp., Valid Throughout The Entire Period Of Execution Of This Order. Z O. O., Enabling The Conclusion Of Effective Contracts For All Consumption Points Covered By The Swz, Operating In The Ordering Partys Territory, Enabling The Sale Of Electricity Via The Dsos Distribution Network To The Electricity Consumption Points Specified In Annex No. 1. 7. The Ordering Party Informs That For All Electricity Consumption Points, The Procedure Of Changing The Supplier Is Carried Out Once Again. 8. All Consumption Points Have Contracts Divided Into An Electricity Sales Contract (For A Fixed Period Until December 31, 2026) And A Contract For The Provision Of Distribution Services (For An Indefinite Period). 9. Detailed Information Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Draft Agreement (Part Iii Of The Swz).
