Building Construction Work – Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building With Technical Infrastructure In Szczucin. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building For The Needs Of Social Housing Construction. The Basic Function Will Be A Residential Function And A Recreational Function (Green Areas With A Public Recreation Area). The Whole Will Be Supplemented With The Necessary Communication Infrastructure (Access Roads, Ramps) And Technical Infrastructure (Construction Equipment, External Installations And Connections). A Functional Layout Is Planned On 3 Above-Ground Floors, I.E. On The Ground Floor, 1St Floor, And 2Nd Floor. The Building Was Designed With The Main Entrance On The West Side. The Building Has An Entrance Via 2 Separate Staircases. Vertical Communication Provided By Staircases And Passenger Lifts Adapted To Transport Disabled People. The Building Has 57 Residential Premises, Including 5 Adapted For Disabled People, 57 Storage Units And Technical Rooms.
