Nursing Home Construction Work – Supply Of New Nursing Homes At Lindely - Total Contractor. Gentofte Municipality Offers, As A Turnkey Contract, The Design And Construction Of New Lindely Nursing Home — A New Nursing Home Building With 80 Public Nursing Homes And Associated Service Areas At Sankt Lukas Vej 7A-7C, Matr. No. 8Li, Gentofte. The Construction Meets A Growing Need For Care Homes Towards 2030 And Must At The Same Time Replace Capacity In The Existing Building. The New Part Of The Building Comprises Approx. 7,700 M² Spread Over 5 Floors And To Be Built Together With The Existing Nursing Home Ny Lindely At Sankt Lukas Vej 9A Via A Connecting Corridor On All Floors Of The Building. The Task Thus Includes Both New Construction And Targeted Conversions In The Existing Building, Including Interconnection, Fire-Related Adaptation And Establishment Of A New Central Heating Plant To Supply The Entire Building. The Building Is Laid Out With A Ground Floor With Arrival, Operating And Resident Functions, As Well As Residential Floors With A Core Of Shared Living, Dining And Service Areas. The General Contractor Is Responsible For Both Planning And Execution On The Basis Of The Clients Functional Requirements, Sketch Proposals And Applicable Local Plan.
