The Work Generally Includes Demolition Of The Existing Wood Deck, Stairs And Railings; Construction Of New Metal Stairs, Landings, Guards And Handrails; And Associated Concrete, Door, Site-Grading And Restoration Work. Substantial Performance Is Required By October 30, 2026. The Scope Of Work Is Exterior Elements, Bidders Are Encouraged And Permitted To Review The Site To Familiarize Themselves With The Conditions Of The Site. Appointments Are Not Required.
