The Event Resulted In A Range Of Localized And County-Wide Impacts, Including Flooded Residential Properties, Washed-Out And Damaged Road Infrastructure, Overtopping Watercourses, And Elevated Water Levels Within River And Lake Basins. As Part Of This Assignment, The Successfully Awarded Proponent Will Conduct A Comprehensive County-Wide After-Action Review (Aar) Of Sturgeon County’S 2026 Flood Response, Identifying Strengths, Gaps, Lessons Learned, And Interdepartmental Improvement Opportunities Across The Full Emergency Management Cycle
