The Vehicle Must Have The Characteristics To Be Able To Be Issued A Certificate Of Compliance Or Consent To Vehicle Registration. It Must Also Meet The Standards And All Technical Requirements Prescribed By The Gzs Typification For A Vehicle Marked Gvc-1, Which Is In Effect On The Date Of Publication Of This Tender. The Vehicle Offered Must Be Factory New.
