The City Of Vaxholm (The City) Invites Interested Companies To Submit Tenders Regarding The Operation Of A Residence With Special Service According To § 9 § 9P Lss And Daily Operations According To § 9 § 10 P. Lss. The Procurement Is Advertised In Accordance With Ch. 19 Tenders Subject To Advertising Below The Threshold Values ​​And Tenders Subject To Advertisement Of Services According To Appendix 2, Lou. The Undertaking Includes Running And Developing The Activities At The Group Home, The Serviced Home And The Day-To-Day Operations, In Accordance With The Laws, Regulations And General Advice That Govern The Business At Any Given Time. Group Housing And Serviced Housing Are Operated 24/7, Year-Round, Daily Operations According To Specified Opening Hours. The Undertaking Also Includes Responsibility For Performing Health And Medical Care In The Activities At The Group Home, The Serviced Home And The Day-To-Day Operations, In Accordance With The Constitutions, Regulations And General Advice That Govern Health And Medical Care Responsibility At Any Time. The Rents For Common Premises, Offices And The Premises For Daily Operations Are Paid By The City And Are Therefore Not Included In The Agreement. Estimated Volume For The Agreement Is Approx. Sek 25 Million/Year. However, The City Cannot Guarantee The Exact Volume. Agreements Will Be Signed With A Supplier (Entrepreneur).
