The Subject Of The Tender Is The Complete Delivery, Assembly, Testing And Operational Commissioning Of A Grid-Connected Photovoltaic System On The Roof Of The Bus Parking Spaces Of The New Freising Bus Depot. The Roof Has A Roof Area Of Approximately 34.5 × 57.5 M With A Roof Pitch Of Approximately 35°. A Total Of 480 Bifacial Photovoltaic Modules In A Double Glass Design With A Nominal Output Of At Least 450 Wp Per Module Are Planned For This Area. The Total Output Of The Pv Generator Is Approx. 216 Kwp, The Occupied Generator Area Is Around 959 M². Due To A Fire Wall Arranged In The Middle Of The Roof, The Pv Generator Is Divided Into Two Largely Independent Sub-Systems. Each Sub-System Receives Its Own Three-Phase String Inverter With Several Independent Mpp Trackers. Routing Cables Over The Fire Wall Should Be Avoided. The Inverters Are Mounted In The Area Of The Roof Or On The Supports Provided. The Final Connection As Well As The Dimensioning And Routing Of The Lines Must Be Determined By The Contractor As Part Of His Work And Assembly Planning Based On The Implementation Planning And Coordinated With The Specialist Planning. The Scope Of Services Includes The System-Suitable Substructure For Roof-Parallel Module Installation, All Pv Modules, The Complete Dc And Ac Cabling, Cable Support Systems, Protection And Switching Devices, Surge Protection, Grounding And Potential Equalization As Well As The Communication And Monitoring Facilities. The Substructure And All Fastenings Must Be Suitable For The Existing Wooden Roof Structure; Required Fastenings And Roof Ducts Must Be Permanently And Professionally Sealed Against Water Penetration. The Execution Must Be Coordinated With The Timber Construction, Roof Sealing, Lightning Protection And Electrical Installation Trades. The Service Also Includes The Installation Of A Meter And Connection Distribution, The Required Feed-In Management As Well As The Complete Coordination Of The Network Connection, Measurement, Protection And Control Concept With The Responsible Network Operator. The Final Low-Voltage Connection Point Must Be Clarified Before Execution. A Connection In The Area Of The Transformer Station Is Primarily Planned; If This Is Not Possible There, The Connection Can Alternatively Be Made To The Workshops Main Low-Voltage Distribution Box. The Cable Routes And Connection Work Provided For This Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Finally Determined Connection Point. The Contractor Must Create All Necessary Work And Assembly Documents, Calculations, Evidence, Module Assignment And String Plans As Well As Dc And Ac Line Plans. After Assembly Has Been Completed, The System Must Be Completely Checked, Parameterized According To The Network Operators Specifications And Put Into Operation Together With All Protection, Control And Monitoring Functions.
