Administration Services – Provision Of Legal Services For Pnb Including Services For Vz Administration – Part 1 Provision Of Vz Administration. 3.1. The Subject Of Public Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement Is The Contracting Authoritys Public Procurement Administration Services, Including Both Small-Scale Public Contracts Awarded Outside The Zzvz Regime And Public Contracts Awarded In Procurement Procedures Or Special Procedures According To The Zzvz, As Well As Consulting Services Related To Public Contracts That Go Beyond The Scope Of Public Procurement Administration, And Also Representation Of The Contracting Authority In Administrative Or Court Proceedings Conducted In Connection With Public Orders Of The Contracting Authority. In The Following 48 Months From The Entry Into Force Of The Framework Agreement Or Until The Maximum Financial Limit Of The Framework Agreement Is Reached, The Selected Supplier Will Provide The Contracting Authority With The Following Services In Particular: Comprehensive Administration Of The Contracting Authoritys Public Contracts Based On The Instructions Of The Contracting Authority, Which Means The Preparation Of The Procurement Conditions And The Execution Of The Relevant Tender Procedure According To The Internal Regulations Of The Contracting Authority Or The Procurement Procedure Or A Special Procedure According To The Zzvz From Its Beginning To Its End In Accordance With The Zzvz, Or By The Project Rules And Internal Regulations Of The Contracting Authority, Including Possible Negotiations With Suppliers, Opening Of Bids, Actions To Assess Compliance With The Conditions Of Participation And Evaluation Of Bids, Actions Following The Selection Of A Supplier (I.E., Among Other Things, Notification Of The Selection Of A Supplier, Preparation Of A Decision On The Selection Of A Supplier, A Written Report Of The Contracting Authority, Notification Of The Result Of The Procurement Procedure, Preparation Of A Contract For Deposit In The Register Of Contracts), All Actions Related To The Contracting Authoritys Notification Obligation To The Public Procurement Gazette And Ted, Processing Of Objection Decisions In Cooperation With The Client. Part Of The Above-Mentioned Actions Is Also The Timely Provision Of Signatures Of Committee Members, Invited Experts, Etc., Participation In Committee Meetings And All Actions Necessary For The Orderly Procedure Of The Contracting Authority When Awarding A Public Contract According To The Zzvz; And Also Consulting Services In Connection With The Planning, Preparation And Awarding Of Public Contracts.
